You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. Any estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout only reflect the estimated amount of time the order will be in transit once it is shipped.
Please confirm you have entered the shipping address correctly. Orders placed with incorrectly entered addresses will not be reimbursed or resent.
We do not ship certain glass and other products to the United States due to state laws banning paraphernalia. If a product is not available in your area, you will be notified by email.
We are currently allowing orders to be picked up in store - however many of the products we have available may not be currently in our stock.
Please allow 1-2 weeks time for us to acquire these products from our suppliers. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
If your order is more time sensitive, please contact our shipping department at 604-682-1174 (TUES-FRI between 11:00am - 6:00pm pst) and they can help you find products we have on hand for your order.
When picking up an order in store, please be prepared to provide ID as well of confirmation of your order. Presenting your order confirmation on a device is acceptable.
Name and ID presented must match name used when placing order.
