In order to offer our customers the most variety possible, many products are offered for sale and after a customer orders the product we will acquire it from the corresponding wholesaler. This does sometimes add wait times to our pending orders - but it ensures we can offer the most variety possible.

All orders are shipped via expedited mail. Processing times vary order to order, shipping times will be provided by mailing services after the tracking number has been received.

Refund policy
All sales are final. For warranty issues, please contact the distributor directly. Orders that have been packaged and shipped cannot be cancelled.

Where does Cannabis Culture ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. - this includes Northern Provinces as well as P.O. boxes. At this time we are not shipping to any other Countries.

When will I receive my order?

If the product is defective, contact the distributor directly. In the unlikely scenario a product arrives with damage, photograph the damage for our records and contact us here.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please ensure all information is accurate before placing orders - changes cannot be made once an order is placed. If there is an emergency or urgent change that needs to be made, please contact us here and we will see if there is anything we can do to adjust your order accordingly where possible.

We’re proudly based out of Vancouver, BC. Our online store operations are based out of our flagship store at 307 West Hastings Street.
